Forgotten your password?
Self-service password recovery is not available yet. Please contact your club administrator through your usual club contact to verify your identity and arrange account assistance. Never send your password by email.

Privacy at the portal.
The member portal stores your name, email address, a salted password hash, session records, event attendance reservations, and guest counts to provide member services. Your password is never stored in readable form.
Account data is hosted on Cloudflare. Limited login-attempt records are used to prevent abuse. Session cookies keep you signed in; no advertising or analytics cookies are used by this portal.
Club administrators can access account records through the hosting account. Contact your club administrator through your usual club contact for account assistance or a deletion request.
Bird reporting opens a separate service. The grounds link opens your email application. Online billing is not connected and this portal does not collect card details.
